Yes, that's right about it being a never-ending scenario for many. One thing that she did point out was the casualisation of jobs that went well beyond reasonable. People being employed for a shift a week to keep them on the books for Xmas, and the like. Not knowing what work you have or don't have from one week to the next is the worst, I think.
So, that was interesting, but yes, it could have been far better.
