Ahah! There's a (internal code) 6 given as the "current level" of the role. I'm also going to get a copy of the current certified agreement for those staff who are covered by it (yay intranet).
Also, you *definitely* need a bureaucracy-fu icon. Some way of highlighting your l33t skillz is definitely in order. :-)
