Heh, I have that problem too with opening cans. Electric can-openers seem to be a gadget I'm allergic to, though. It takes me about three times longer to get the thing working right than with a real one. I'm also allergic to microwave ovens and PABX and fax systems (luckily, I can cope with cars and most machinery, computers and video recorders (the latter, the last time I checked, anyway)).
