I made a website
Oct. 26th, 2005 10:49 pmWell, please be gentle, tout le monde: I have made a nice website called Aussie Bi Chicks, directed at hm, guess who? I made this for my g/f, who obviously is bi. I'm (also obviously) not bi, but most of my g/fs have been, so I don't feel it's inappropriate that I contribute to the site on a technical level. And, hey, maybe I'll get to pick up chix this way (ahuh ahuh).
There are a ton of bugs and interface quirks that I need to work out, but I've decided to go live with it now as a means of getting a bit more motivated about tweaking things nicely. I also need to learn a lot more about PHP, although the Mambo/Joomla system is pretty damn easy to configure.
Now all I have to do is get the aforementioned g/f to come up with some CONTENT to fill in the skeleton. While my English is mostly decent, she is much better at putting words together in an interesting way. And some users would be nice too. :-)
