Still crook
Jun. 5th, 2006 06:03 pm...I've had a lurgie since last week, and it's still dragging on. I took last Tuesday off, which got me back to the functional-at-work state, and I don't think I've been overdoing it particularly. This isn't like me at all; either I'm dying (or it feels like I am), or I'm 100% well.
Obviously my constitution is weaker than it normally is, but I don't think I've been eating particularly badly, I've been getting sufficient sleep, etc etc. I am feeling the cold a lot more than usual, and Canberra has most certainly started winter in the last week.
Last week at work was pretty quiet, so chugging along at 60-70% health was no hassle. However, this week I'm attending a training course for RedHat Linux that's requiring some brainpower, and that brain just is not really there at the moment.
Meh. If I were fully functional, I would no doubt think of some homeopathic thing to clobber it for once and for all. Well, that ain't going to happen right now. :-/
