Who's funny now?

Apparently we Cancerians are the funniest star sign. "The survey by UKTV Gold showed 11 per cent of our favourite funnymen and women are Cancerians." Each sign is 8 1/3% of the zodiac, so that's a statistically significant number. Eee!

And, in keeping with my non-grokking of Aquarians in general, the Aquarius "comedians" they cite are two whom I find deeply unfunny.

And of course Leos are at the bottom of the list. God forbid that anyone laugh at them! :-)

heh. Well, I'm Capricorn, so I expect you won't find it funny that I have a mild disagreement about the statistical significance :<) . (But that's just eyeball - I didn't do any test other than to take the square root of 300/12.)

Oh, I know nothing at all about statistics, so please, disagree away! :-) There probably isn't any significance whatsoever, it just seemed like a big jump in numbers.

Okay, my dictionary won't tell me what non-grokking means, but I have the non-goodly suspicion it means nothing nice, and as an Aquarius I DON'T FIND THAT FUNNY AT ALL1!!11! *pouts*

To "grok" something means to "get" or understand it. While I've had some good friends who are Aquarians, there always comes a point where I just have to say "Honey, I don't know what planet you're on, but I couldn't even find it with a telescope!". And I suspect they think the same things about me...

Yeah. I love the After Sex Sayings of the Zodiac Signs, they are just so horribly fitting. =D

Oh, that's not that bad. Not getting Aquarians is perfectly understandable (I thought it means more something like "bashing"). And just lately I was thinking, please, from whatever planet I was exiled here, TAKE ME BACK!!!
